“…A roofer who was paralyzed from the neck down after a 40-foot fall will be paid $12 million to settle his suit against a general contractor that accused the firm of failing to provide any fall protection devices or a designated safety monitor. … In the suit filed in Philadelphia Common Pleas Court, Sheridan’s lawyers … V. Paul Bucci … blamed the fall on the general contractor.”
