Laffey, Bucci & Kent Offices – We Handle Cases Nationwide
With offices in four states, our law firm is well-equipped to handle cases nationwide. Our lawyers are licensed in multiple states including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Illinois, West Virginia, etc.
In other states, our lawyers can obtain special court admission to handle cases on a case by case basis. Recently, firm co-founder and attorney Paul Bucci obtained special admission in the state of Kentucky in a work related forklift accident case. Ultimately, the case was resolved and the client received a financial settlement. Of particular note in this case is the fact that the client had tried to hire an attorney in Kentucky and was turned down several times before coming to Laffey, Bucci & Kent.
