Firm partner, Brian Kent, co-authored an Amici Curiae brief for the National Crime Victim Bar Association. The brief was filed in the landmark case, Paroline v. United States and Amy Unknown, which is currently being decided by the U.S. Supreme Court. The case revolves around the issue of whether child pornography victims are entitled to full restitution from criminal perpetrators.  Click here for more information about this brief.

In June 2013, the CAC held a mini-golf event for families. Laffey, Bucci & Kent proudly sponsored the event. This event coincided with CAC’s Pinwheel Garden Event, where over 800 pinwheels were placed in Bucks County area parks and gardens. Each pinwheel represented a child who stood up to child abuse.
