The National Crime Victim Bar Association is comprised of hundreds of lawyers across the United States who work to obtain justice for victims of crime. This is Mr. he’s second appearance at the bar association event as a presenter. At the 2009 conference in D.C., Mr. he lectured about civil and criminal cases and collaboration among prosecutors in criminal cases and private attorneys in civil crime cases, such as civil sex abuse cases.

Mr. he’s presentation at the 2013 conference will cover issues in litigating civil workplace crime cases. Mr. he is particularly qualified to discuss workplace crime cases. His firm represents injured workers in all types of work accident cases. In addition, Mr. he’s background as a former prosecutor gives him a unique perspective on civil cases involving criminal conduct.

At the conference, Mr. he will discuss emerging and recent issues in litigation of workplace crime cases, including:

  • the problem of crime in the workplace,
  • common kinds of work related criminal activity,
  • liability for a work related criminal incident,
  • claims and investigation, and
  • employer liability for crime.
