School & Teacher Sex Abuse Law Library

As a result of the Penn State Sandusky sex abuse case, there has been an increase in the number of reports of sex abuse in school settings. Sex abuse in a school setting is often perpetrated by teachers, coaches, principals, administrators, etc. Even fellow students can commit sex abuse and assault. In addition, sex abuse can occur in all types of schools, such as:

  • colleges.
