Our lawyers are passionate about providing assistance to victims of child sex abuse. For 3 years in a row, LBK has proudly sponsored this incredible organization. Without the Philadelphia Children’s Alliance (PCA), Philadelphia victims of child sex abuse would be lost in the system.

The PCA, an independent, non-profit organization, promotes healing and justice for child sexual abuse victims in Philadelphia. PCA conducts state of the art forensic interviews, provides victims with support services, and collaborates with other local agencies. The organization also leads the development of an integrated response to the problem of child sexual abuse in Philadelphia.
The Bear Affair event is a silent auction which raises funds for the PCA. A very special part of the event involves collecting teddy bears for each child who receives aid at the PCA. Providing sexually abused children with a teddy bear helps begin the healing process.
The Bear Affair event gathers over 500 people in Center City, Philadelphia for a cocktail party, live music, and a silent auction to raise significant funds in support of its crucial work.
